I always ask questions, dig deep and spend time and effort understanding. Curiosity is what drives me.
Passionate & committed
My role is unique, and I am privileged to have the opportunity to get to know my patients and take on all aspects of their clinical care. I feel honoured to be a part of their journey and committed to finding the correct answers, so they have the best outcomes for their health and wellbeing.
A believer in the individual
A one size fits all approach is simple; the other is more complex but necessary. We are all different and to properly understand, diagnose and treat my patients, I tailor my treatments to the individual. The beauty of integrative medicine is the patient gaining the confidence and knowledge to embrace and enjoy every stage of life through personal autonomy of care.
Striving for balance
I believe life and pleasure walk hand in hand. When we deny ourselves pleasure, we are fundamentally limiting life. Finding the balance between the two is key to a long, healthy, and fulfilling journey.
Fascinated by the body
I am in awe of how the human body works and its intrinsic interconnections; a healthy mind makes your body work better, and a strong body improves mental wellbeing. The ability to stimulate the brain to generate good mind-body connections can result in better sleep, improved coordination, and less stress. It is endlessly fascinating and integral to optimum health and vitality.
Dedicated to a multidisciplinary approach
I am inclusive of all modalities with a sharp focus on the big picture. Incorporating all types of healthcare, like physiotherapy, naturopathy and osteopathy, alongside traditional medicine ensures patient-focused care to ensure the very best outcome.
