    I am...

Compassionate, kind and genuine. At the heart of my work is care: for people, their stories and journeys, and their healing. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing space where you can feel heard, supported, and truly seen. Because, to me, healing doesn’t start with a prescription – it starts with connection

Inquisitive and ever-curious. I’m endlessly fascinated by the “why” behind what the body is trying to tell us – and what we can do about it, as a team. My approach blends evidence-based science with holistic understanding, helping us piece together and interpret your unique health puzzle to create a truly personalised plan that feels realistic, balanced, and sustainable.

Empathetic – because I’ve been there, too.I know how it feels to be dismissed, frustrated, unwell, and unhappy in your own skin. My own experiences with acne, anxiety, chronic fatigue, endometriosis, and gut issues – and my experiences as a naturopathic client – allow me to meet you with genuine understanding and a deep desire to help you find relief and confidence again. I get you, and I’ve got you.

Dedicated and detail-driven. I care deeply about every client I work with, and am both devoted and dedicated to piecing together each of their individual health puzzle pictures. No stone goes unturned in uncovering the root cause of your concerns – and the way forward. Together, we’ll work as a team – with care, curiosity, and commitment – to bring your body back into balance, naturally.

A little bit witchy, a lot human. I believe in empowering women through the magic of nature and the wisdom of the body – in honouring Mother Earth, the divine feminine, the cycles within and around us, and the grounding power of the ocean. Herbal medicine, intuition, and science coexist beautifully in my practice – and in me. I feel truly blessed to be able to work with and wield natural, herbal medicine.
