These sessions are conducted virtually, as our practitioners work
remotely during these times. They cannot be attended in person.
If you’d like the flexibility to attend either in person or online,
please select Floralia Wellness as your location when booking.
Fertility Discovery Calls must be booked under the Online Only location.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that your time is valuable, and in return, we welcome your mutual respect for our practitioners’ time, along with other patients who are on our practitioners’ extensive waitlists. With this in mind, Floralia Wellness has a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that fall within 48 hours of your scheduled consultation may incur 100% of the consultation fee. Failure to attend your consultation will result in a booking forfeit and 100% of the consultation fee.
Appointment Changes
Your appointments and wellbeing are important to us and we understand that sometimes you will need to reschedule an appointment. For any amendments to your consultation time, please phone our friendly reception team as our inbox is not monitored 24/7. As our practitioners have extensive waitlists and time-dependent cases, we require 48 hours notice for appointment amendments to ensure others have the opportunity to book in with their practitioner.
International Appointments
Our consultations are limited to patients residing in Australia. This is due to medico-legal and regulatory requirements that govern naturopathic and medical care. Regulations around prescribing, pathology referrals, and supplement dispensing differ internationally. Our professional indemnity insurance and clinical licensing are valid for patients located within Australia only. This ensures that all care provided is safe, compliant, and delivered within the appropriate legal and professional frameworks. For these reasons, we are unable to accept international bookings at this time.
