    I am...

Relatable. Having battled a range of health challenges - chronic cystic acne (covering my face, chest and back), chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, an eating disorder, amenorrhea (absent period), severe bloating, anxiety, OCD, and depression - I embarked on a journey to heal myself through naturopathy. This experience has given me a deep empathy and understanding that textbooks alone can’t provide, as I’ve been in the same seat my patients now sit in. My passion lies in caring for others: listening, supporting, comforting, and providing a safe space for healing to begin.

Nurturing. As a Cancer, the “eternal mother” sign, I’m naturally drawn to offering warmth and care. My presence is grounded in making you feel safe, supported, heard, and empowered, because you don’t have to navigate your healing journey alone.

Integrative. I’m passionate about bridging mainstream and natural medicine, collaborating with your GP, specialists, and pharmacists. I believe in an integrative approach to healthcare, where all modalities work in harmony for your best outcome.

Comprehensive. Recognised for my meticulous attention to detail, I approach each consultation with precision, often employing functional testing, physical assessments, and thorough case-taking to gain a comprehensive understanding of your health. I am committed to developing personalised treatment plans tailored to your unique needs, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach. Additionally, if you are taking any medications, I carefully assess potential herb-drug-nutrient interactions to ensure both your safety and the efficacy of your treatment plan.

A Homebody. Though I’m known for my bubbly personality, at heart, I’m an introvert who loves quiet time at home with my partner Jack and our adorable cocker spaniel, Daisy.

Grounded in functional and integrative medicine, her approach considers the full spectrum of health — nutrient status, microbiome balance, hormonal regulation, nervous system function, toxin exposure, biochemical pathways, and genetic predispositions.

Assessment often includes comprehensive case-taking, functional testing, and other diagnostic techniques to identify underlying contributors to imbalance. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual and may incorporate evidence-based nutraceuticals, botanical medicine, therapeutic nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and supportive coaching to facilitate sustainable, long-term change.

Celeste’s commitment to continued professional development informs a practice where scientific rigour is harmonised with the intuitive, patient-centred principles of naturopathy. She offers a compassionate and considered approach to care, recognising that true healing occurs when individuals are deeply understood, safely supported, and guided back into balance — mind, body, and spirit.
