    I am...

    Committed.

I take the time to hear your story and connect the dots.  I will dig deep to uncover the root cause of your health issues, leaving no stone unturned and will go the extra mile.

    A Teacher.

I am passionate about learning and teaching.  Empowering you with knowledge so that you understand your body, keeps you committed to wellness.

A deep believer in preventative health.

I believe in preventing disease before it happens.  Knowing the intricacies of your biochemistry, nutrigenomics, and inherited risk factors, enables me to support your body so that life flows smoothly for you.

A mother of 2 beautiful boys, a foodie & nature lover.

Food is my art, and the ocean soothes my soul.  The kitchen is the heart of my home and cooking food to nourish my family and friends, is one of my favourite past times.

    Authentic.

I try to live and breathe wellness in some way every day.  I believe it is the sum of all the small changes you make in your daily life, that have a longer lasting impact on your health.  I am realistic about the constraints of life and strive to create a balance between good health and living life to its fullest.

Michele Grosvenor, Naturopathic Clinician, ND; BHSc. (Naturopathy) & Certified GAPSTM practitioner

Michele is a degree qualified Naturopathic Clinician and certified GAPSTM practitioner with 16 years of health industry experience.

She has a special interest in digestive health which in naturopathic medicine, is thought to be the seat of all disease when its function is compromised.  She believes the gut is the cornerstone of health and that most aliments can be linked back to poor gut health, making them difficult to treat without addressing this system fully.

Michele also loves working with parents to grow happy and healthy children.  She has first-hand experience of this within her own family through utilising the GAPS protocol to heal her son, who was diagnosed with epilepsy in his early years. Implementing this protocol profoundly changed his life and Michele is committed to helping others achieve the same with their children.

Michele believes in creating a safe place for her clients to be heard.  Meeting them where they are in their health journey and helping empower them to implement everyday practices that improve their wellbeing.  She combines current scientific research with traditional naturopathic wisdom utilising functional pathology testing alongside dietary therapy, lifestyle coaching, targeted herbal botanicals and nutritional medicine.

Some of the conditions she commonly treats are:

    • Digestive complaints – bloating, flatulence, Irritable bowel syndrome, Inflammatory bowel disease, SIBO, Reflux, food intolerances and sensitivities
    • Children’s health – ADHD, autism, epilepsy, learning difficulties, frequent & chronic infections, fussy eaters, and nutritional assessments
