    There is abundant client parking available at Chelsea Village, off Weld Street or Robinson Street, behind Chelsea Village.  Parking is free of change.

    Our practice is conveniently located opposite the main carpark, on the ground level.

    There is a bus shelter directly outside Chelsea Village on Stirling Highway. Bus routes 102 and 998 frequently stop near our practice. 

    By train, take the Fremantle Line, stopping at Loch Street. Chelsea Village is a 1.5km walk (15-20 minutes) walk from the Loch Street train station.


    Our ground floor clinic offers disabled and wheel-chair access.

    We are a private practice, with time-based standard consultation fees. 

    All fees must be paid at the time of consultation. We accept cash, credit (Visa and Mastercard) and debit/EFTPOS cards. Telehealth consultation may require pre-payments on the day of the consultation.

    Each of our practitioners has slightly different schedules of fees, reflective of their qualification, levels of experience, specialisations and expertise Please call the clinic to talk to one of our reception staff for more information.

    Concerning the time taken to complete tasks outside of appointments, any paperwork required will incur a fee and will be charged as per the hourly rate. This includes email consultations, treatment plan modifications, letters, reports etc. You will be contacted to ensure your approval is given before beginning the work.

    We accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), debit/EFTPOS cards, and cash payments.

     We do not accept Diners and AMEX.

    Naturopathic Services: 

    No private health rebates. As part of the Government’s recent private health insurance reforms, naturopathy is no longer covered by private health insurance.


    Yes, Private health rebates are available for acupuncture services. However, please check your fund and policy to see if acupuncture is covered as an extras/ ancillary within your policy. If you would like to make a claim on-site, you will need to bring your physical Healthcare card.

    Our friendly apothecary staff are here to assist and arrange prompt processing of your supplements and herbal formulations which can be sent via express post or collected from our clinic.

    Our clinic provides a comprehensive dispensary including nutritional supplements, herbal medicines in a variety of preparations (tablets, liquids, powders and other), homoeopathic, flower essences, natural skincare and makeup, essential oils, books, and other natural products. 

    We stock a very large variety of practitioner-only quality supplements and are constantly updating and adding them to our dispensary to meet the needs of our patients. We are committed to supplying high-quality products to enhance our treatment outcomes and adhere to the principle that if we wouldn't use something, we won't prescribe it!

    Our custom-designed apothecary is open to walk-in customers and our clients.

    Furnished with high-grade supplements, essential oils and herbal formulations – along with a bespoke selection of mindfully-curated gifts and self-care luxuries - our qualified practitioners are available to offer remedies for a range of presenting issues or general health/maintenance needs. 

    We consistently refer to our impressive suite of richly concentrated, liquid herbal extracts, to custom-blend formulations for the individual health care needs of our clients – whether it is a mother and her newborn, growing children, hormonally-active teenagers or women and men seeking qualified and natural trusted health care advice.  

    Our practitioner consultations are time dependant, with initial consultations lasting 40 mins to 1 hour. Follow-up appointments are 20-30 minutes.

    First Appointment

    Once you have requested your appointment and it has been scheduled, you will be emailed an introductory pack that includes a questionnaire, privacy and consent form and other important information. You will need to complete these documents via our secure online portal at least 48 hours before your appointment.

    Second Appointment

    At the second appointment (typically held 2-4 weeks after the first appointment) you will review assessments and develop your treatment plan. This appointment also lasts 20-40 mins.

    Future Follow Up Appointments

    Your follow-up appointments from this point are entirely dependent on your presenting health complaint, its duration and identified roadblocks to health. Often our practitioner will see patients more regularly in the initial stages and then appointments are conducted on a 4-6 weekly basis until your health has stabilised.

    Initial Female Fertility consultations cover the female partner only. 

    For higher success rates, (based on research and our clinical outcomes) it is recommended that your male partner be fully involved in fertility assessments and integrative fertility-preconception care. Your partner will require an individual consultation. We recommend that be books in for a Male Initial Consultation online or contact reception for an appointment.

    To be of clinical relevance and accuracy, a semen analysis should be no more than 3 months old and have been performed at an andrology specialist fertility lab and must include DNA fragmentation.

    If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. This will allow time to offer your appointment to patients currently on our waiting list.

    We kindly request 48 business hours' notice if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. 

    Consultations or treatments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 100% booking charge.

    We offer phone and live (web) chat consultations with our interstate, country and overseas clientele. Our easy-to-use link will provide all the steps necessary for arranging your next appointment.


    Previous medical results can be scanned and emailed to our reception at hello@floraliawellness.com.au or results can be brought with you on the day of your consultation. Ideally, sending your results in advance of your consultation will allow our practitioners extra time to study your health profile and draw the most out of your session.

    Our reception team are highly efficient at processing your enquiries and our practitioners will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours. Your questions and concerns are handled in a safe and nurturing space, and your email or phone call will be dealt with, with the utmost sensitivity, care and privacy.

    It is recommended that you keep a diary for your naturopathic care and record any questions or queries you might have between appointments which can be discussed openly with your practitioner during your consultation.

    Although our administration team can assist with basic enquiries, your practitioner knows specific details relating to your case. To ensure the recommendations are right for you and aligned with your treatment plan, it is recommended that you discuss your concerns with your practitioner directly.

    If you have an urgent matter between consultations, please book a 10-minute chat. Please note that a fee may be incurred if this extends into clinical advice; this will be assessed at the discretion of your practitioner.

    As our practitioners are very busy, and with many patients wait-listed for an appointment, we kindly ask, where possible, to save practitioner communications for discussion at your follow-up consultation.

    All personal records relating to your treatment journey at Floralia Wellness are kept in a safe and secure medical encrypted software platform. We intentionally do not store any hard-copy information or documentation relating to our clients’ health, treatment plans or medical records.
