A nurturing healer
It’s in my DNA! Women’s health, pregnancy and babies have been my passion ever since I was a young girl; I intuitively feel I was born to nurture. I am incredibly passionate about supporting women to discover the magic of their bodies, cycles and fertility. Creating harmony out of chaos, discovering the root cause of health struggles and educating my wonderful women so that they feel empowered and with a good knowledge base to make smart decisions; this is a big focus of my practice.
I approach each and every consult with compassionate care and a firm desire to truly listen and hear the story of the woman sitting in front of me. My approach to healing is warm, patient-driven and heart centred. I can be your personal cheer leader, hand holder or butt kicker – whatever you need at the time.

My colleagues know that once I set my sights on something, I am relentless! I believe in uncovering the complete picture, discovering all the small imbalances, deficiencies and weaknesses, and not just the big, easy-to-find obstacles.
I believe you deserve more from your health care team than a quick consultation and prescription. I don’t believe in a cookie-cutter approach; we are all unique with our own set of struggles and strengths. Taking an in-depth 360-degree approach creates better, faster, longer lasting outcomes.
I use botanical medicine, homoeopathy, nutritional prescribing, personalised diet, and lifestyle coaching to support my patients to breakthrough health struggles and obstacles to conception.

A science geek
I love diving into any new research, particularly if it’s about hormones, herbs or any new fertility discovery. I’m blessed to have the skills to translate new research and understandings into immediate treatment plans for my patients.
I have the experience, tools, knowledge and expertise to help you optimize your feminine wellness. I use extensive pathology interpretation, referral for functional and pathology testing and collaborative care in conjunction with your medical specialists.

All about balance
I’m a nature lover, book worm, weekend gardener, self-professed tea snob, FIFO wife and Mum of two gorgeous girls. Life is all about balance for me; and like most working mums, it's a continual juggling act!
I’ve had my fair share of health struggles. My journey to motherhood wasn’t smooth or easy. All that I learned helped me overcome my personal obstacles to conception - of PCOS and recurrent miscarriage, eventually becoming a Mum. I believe this has helped me adopt a better understanding and compassion in the work I do.

Natalie graduated as a naturopath in 1996, and two years later continued to add post-graduate qualifications in Natural Fertility Management with one of Australia’s most highly regarded natural fertility experts. Since then, she has been nurturing, guiding and supporting women to overcome their health challenges for well over two decades.
Honoured to guide and support thousands of women rediscover complete feminine wellness, Natalie's greatest joy is in seeing her clients reclaim their fertility and join them in welcoming their healthy babies.
Natalie has been finessing her expertise in women’s health, natural fertility, IVF support, miscarriage prevention, male fertility, pregnancy care, birth and post-partum care, breastfeeding, infant, and child health care for over 20 years - and she is proud of her affectionate moniker --- the "Fairy Godmother" of fertility.
Over the last five years, she has pursued her passion of reaching more couples who are struggling to reach their dreams of becoming parents. She developed the Fertility Focus school, which hosts several online programs. Her flagship creation is the highly successful “Create Conception Fertility Program“- developed and designed to provide the highest level of support, motivation, education and inspiration for couples who are struggling to conceive their babies; the "Create” program is currently enjoying excellent success rates.
Although Natalie's practice is very woman centred, she adopts a great love of working with babies and children too. Hormones, fertility, pregnancy and post-natal care are ‘Nat's thing’.
