Magnesium may help to support healthy musculature by maintaining muscle tone, function and relaxation. Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to:

Warnings:
- Monitor patients taking thyroxine
- Contains trace amounts of sulphur dioxide
- Contains 100mg of potassium per dose
- Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
- If taking tetracycline, quinolone or fluoroquinolone antibiotics, or bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs), separate by at least 2 hours
- Contains vitamin B6, stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health professional as soon as possible
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
