Mère labour aid is an orange-flavoured electrolyte drink to help aid hydration during labour.
Mix 3 tsp with 350ml of water or juice and take as required. Take up to 4 doses daily.
Each 10gm dose contains:

- Sodium ascorbate 1.5g
