Features 2 forms of folate, L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate-CA (L-5-MTHF) and folic acid.

    No added egg, shellfish, lactose, peanuts, magnesium stearate or titanium dioxide. Free from gluten and dairy. Vegetarian friendly.

    • Product must be refrigerated
    • Contraindications: Ceftriaxone, Dolutegravir, Elvitegravir, Warfarin
    • If pregnant with neural tube defect/spina bifida seek specific medical advice
    • Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses - 150 μg daily for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
