A comprehensive blend of vegan enzymes including amylase, protease, lactase and lipase. Non-animal derived enzymes are:

• More heat stable
• Active in a wider pH band
• More resistant to stomach acid than animal-derived enzymes

Free from dairy, yeast, egg, lactose, glucose, sucrose, fructose, sulphates/sulphites, gelatin, crustaceans, nuts, salicylates, alcohol, amines

Warnings:

• Contains wheat. Wheat is used in the fermentation media during enzyme production and is mostly consumed during this process. The final product has been tested for gluten and no gluten residue was detected
• May contain traces of soy
