    I am...

I am a passionate and empathetic. I want you to feel seen, heard and supported in your health journey. I want you to feel seen, heard and supported in your health journey.

I am curious by nature and guided by science. I love understanding the why behind the body’s symptoms and using evidence-based natural medicine to create change.

I am committed to whole-person care. Working with the body rather than against it, addressing root causes, and creating treatment plans that feel realistic and nurturing, not overwhelming.

I am also someone who values joy and balance. I believe that nourishment, connection, movement, and time in nature are just as essential to healing as any protocol.

    Emilia Alfaro, Naturopathic Clinician, BHSc(Naturopathy)

Emilia’s path into naturopathy began long before she entered formal study, shaped by her upbringing in a Latin American household where natural remedies, herbs, nourishing meals and food-as-medicine were part of daily life. Growing up in a setting that valued connection, family and ancestral wisdom, she developed an early appreciation for the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right environment. These foundations continue to guide the way she practises and supports her clients today.

Her personal health journey deepened her commitment to naturopathic care. After experiencing PCOS, chronic stress and gut issues, and finding limited answers in a symptom-focused model, she was drawn back to the holistic principles she had known since childhood. This inspired her to complete a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, integrating cultural intuition with evidence-based clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, functional testing and an understanding of the body as an interconnected system.

In clinical practice, Emilia supports a wide range of skin, gut and hormonal concerns, with a particular focus on fertility and reproductive wellbeing. She takes a detailed, root-cause approach, exploring how digestion, stress responses, inflammation, thyroid function, nutrient status and nervous system patterns all influence hormonal expression. Her consultations are collaborative and educational, offering clients clarity around why their symptoms are occurring and what their body may be communicating. Treatment is always personalised and may include cycle tracking, ovulation optimisation, microbiome restoration, nutritional therapy, herbal medicine and nervous system support.

Emilia values an integrative model of care and works alongside GPs and nurse practitioners to ensure treatment is cohesive and well-coordinated. She understands that fertility and hormonal concerns can feel overwhelming, and she is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive and empowering space for her clients. Her intention is to walk alongside each person at a pace that feels achievable, helping them understand their bodies, build confidence in their health and move toward long-term vitality and balance.
