Zoë Vigors, Naturopathic Clinician, BHSc(Naturopathy) and Clinical Nutritionist BHSc (Nutritional + Dietetic Medicine)
Zoë is a Naturopathic Clinician and Clinical Nutritionist with a passion for women's reproductive and metabolic health. She began her healthcare journey at a young age in nursing, gaining experience across hospital and community settings - experiences that sparked her curiosity about the gaps in conventional medicine and, combined with a fascination for the role food and nutrition play in our health, led her to enrol in a degree in nutrition.
During her studies, Zoë began investigating her own longstanding women's health concerns, which ultimately led her to discover naturopathy, a discipline she had not been exposed to growing up in Ireland. For her, naturopathy brought together her medical background, her passion for nutrition, and her desire to uncover the root causes of illness. Having experienced firsthand how transformative this approach could be, she knew this was where her skills and passion could make the greatest difference.
Over time, Zoë noticed a recurring pattern in healthcare: preventative, personalised care is often overlooked. In her own practice, she focuses on precise, evidence-based interventions that address the root drivers of illness - going beyond symptom management to support long-term wellness and vitality, in a way that is both effective and sustainable.
Zoë doesn't do surface level. She uses functional testing and clinical reasoning to build a complete picture, not just of what is presenting, but of what is actually driving it. Between appointments, cases are researched and revisited, and clients are never far from mind. Consultations are unhurried and personal, and people leave with a real understanding of what is going on in their body and a clear plan for what to do about it. Warm, thorough, and genuinely invested, the kind of practitioner whose patients feel truly looked after, not just seen to.
With nearly a decade in healthcare - from her early years in nursing, through her studies in nutrition and naturopathy, to now practising as a clinician, Zoë brings a depth of experience that spans the full breadth of the health industry. For those who have been part of the Floralia community for a while, Zoë will likely be a familiar face, one many will recognise from her years as part of the front of house team, where she became as much a part of the clinic as the clinic became a part of her. Having been woven into the fabric of Floralia long before stepping into a clinical role, she brings with her an understanding of the clinic, its values, and its patients that only comes with time. With life now taking her between Australia and Ireland, Zoë consults exclusively via telehealth, staying connected to her Australian clients, and welcoming new ones along the way.
