Comprehensive multivitamin, mineral and antioxidant formula providing key nutrients important for male preconception health. Provides activated B vitamins including folinic acid, an activated form of folate that may support homocysteine metabolism. Specifically formulated for men to optimise sperm health, a healthy conception and a healthy baby. Contains:

• Zinc, selenium, vitamins A, C and E, lycopene and CoQ10 to support healthy sperm parameters
• 1000¬µg of hydroxocobalamin, a natural form of vitamin B12 found in food

Free from dairy, egg, fish, shellfish, gluten, lactose, msg, nuts, peanuts, oats, sulphites, sucralose and yeast. No magnesium stearate, stearic acid, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Vegan-friendly and GMO-free.

Warnings:

• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
• Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
• WARNING: When taken in excess of 3000 ¬µg retinol equivalents (RE), vitamin A can cause birth defects
• The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 ¬µg RE for women and 900 ¬µg RE for men
• Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses - a daily dose of 150 ¬µg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
